Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests will only be considered within the first 7 days from the date of enrollment.
- To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- No refunds will be provided for the classes that a student has already attended.
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@orane.com within the stipulated refund eligibility period.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during the initial enrollment.
- The refund may take up to 15 business days to be reflected in your account.
Enrollment fees, registration fees, and any other non-course-specific fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Student:
- If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing at support@orane.com
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted within the first 7 days from the date of enrollment.
- Once cancellation is confirmed, you will lose access to the course content immediately.
- All requests for cancellation of classes must be mailed to support@orane.com.
- Cancellation by Orane International:
- Orane International reserves the right to cancel a course in exceptional circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or unforeseen events.
- In the event of cancellation by Orane International, students will receive a full refund of the course fees.
Course Access:
- Access to course materials will be granted upon successful enrollment and payment.
- Course Modifications:
- Orane International reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course content without prior notice.
Refund Request Requirements:
- A student must request a refund from their registered email id.
- A student is required to cancel classes for a subject at least 24 hours before the upcoming class for that particular subject.
Refund Process for Discontinued Classes:
- Suppose Orane International discontinues or cancels classes for a subject. After completing all necessary safety checks, the refundable amount will be credited directly to the student's wallet/bank account/parent/guardian account.
- The refundable amount shall not exceed the total amount paid by the student.
- If classes for a subject are discontinued before the total number of classes have been completed, the refundable amount will be calculated based on the remaining classes.
